Since I attended my first meditation class with you, the “loving kindness” meditation has been my favorite. I always end up feeling very relaxed and feel a greater connection to those to whom I send love, kindness, health, etc. Thank you for including it in your post. Your soothing voice and direction help me to get more from the meditation.
